Hike a 14er: San Luis Peak
The prominent 14,022-foot fourteener is located approximately 10 miles north of Creede. Generally considered a challenging route, it takes an average of 7½ hours to complete. It's a popular trail for hiking and other nature trips, but you will enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. The trail is open year-round, but best from June - September.
